Within a single day, russian forces killed three residents of the Donetsk oblast and injured two others, the regional police reported on December 27.
"The police recorded 3,630 enemy attacks on the front line and residential areas. The enemy targeted four settlements: the cities of Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, Chasiv Yar, and the village of Novoekonomichne. Thirty-four civilian structures were damaged, including 13 residential houses", - the statement said.
Russian artillery shelled Novoekonomichne, killing a civilian and destroying a private house.
Chasiv Yar was attacked by a drone, resulting in two fatalities and two injuries. A multi-story residential building was damaged.
In Pokrovsk, russian forces used artillery and Grad MLRS, damaging two private homes, three apartment buildings, and 15 trade pavilions.
Artillery strikes on Kostiantynivka damaged three private houses, three apartment buildings, a gas pipeline, a power line, and a vehicle.
The Donetsk Oblast Military Administration reported that 104 people, including 32 children, were evacuated from the front line within the day.
