The USA will provide Ukraine with $15 billion aid, backed by future revenues from frozen russian assets. This was reported on Telegram on December 30 by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.

"An agreement was signed between the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance and the World Bank. These funds will be part of the PEACE in Ukraine project and a portion of the $20 billion dollar contribution from the USA under the G7 initiative, which we will direct to social and humanitarian expenses. Thank you to the United States and the World Bank for implementing and supporting this initiative, which makes russia pay for its aggression against Ukraine", - Shmyhal noted.
