The Donetsk oblast police recorded 2,910 russian strikes on the frontline and residential areas over the past day, according to a Telegram report by the regional police on December 31.
"The enemy attacked the cities of Lyman and Pokrovsk. Twenty-three civilian objects were damaged, including 19 residential buildings. No information has been received regarding casualties among the Donetsk oblast residents", - the statement reads.
Lyman was shelled by the occupiers using Smerch MLRS, damaging four private homes, a gas pipeline, a power line, and a vehicle.
Pokrovsk was targeted by russian artillery, destroying 15 homes.
The Donetsk Oblast Military Administration reported that 824 people, including 19 children, were evacuated from the frontline over the past day.
