The Donetsk oblast police recorded 2,393 enemy strikes on the frontline and residential areas within 24 hours, according to the police's Telegram channel on January 2.
"Russian forces shelled three settlements: the cities of Kostiantynivka, Myrnohrad, and the village of Bilokuzmynivka. Eight civilian objects were damaged, including two residential houses. The occupiers attacked Myrnohrad with a drone, resulting in one death and damage to a vehicle. Kostiantynivka was shelled with artillery, causing destruction to two private houses, two gas pipelines, and a power line. In Bilokuzmynivka, artillery strikes damaged a power line", - the report stated.
