The war crime occurred near the village of Neskuchne, according to the analytical project DeepState on Telegram on January 6.
"On January 3, the enemy launched an assault on the positions of the 141st Separate Brigade. The fighters surrendered, their hands were tied, they were brought in front of the position, and executed with shots to the back of the head. If the brigade is interested in finding the perpetrators, we hope they will provide the video to law enforcement authorities", - DeepState noted.
