Russian propaganda attempted to portray AFU’s destruction of an occupiers' command post in Khartsyzk as a strike on a bus stop (PHOTO) 01/09/2025 16:57:59. Total views 62. Views today — 6.

Notably, in manipulating facts, local and russian "journalists" contradicted themselves and indirectly provided evidence of the falsehood of their information.

On Wednesday, kremlin media and information resources of the occupied Donbas reported that "the AFU shelled Khartsyzk in the 'DNR' with HIMARS missiles. A public transport stop at the city entrance came under fire". They claimed there were at least eight hits.

However, numerous reports showed only one small crater.

The crater is indeed located near a bus stop, but as propagandists themselves admit, no civilians were nearby, and no one was killed.

This raises the question: where did the other seven HIMARS missiles strike? The answer can be found in one of the videos "from the scene". The author tried to show the aftermath of the strike on the bus stop, but the footage included a building that they attempted to blur out.

Such concealment confirms that, aside from the crater, critical facilities for the occupiers were damaged.

Meanwhile, the AFU General Staff officially stated that "russian occupation forces used this building to coordinate attacks against the AFU and civilians". It was noted that Wednesday's strike did not target a public transport stop — "a high-precision strike by Ukrainian forces hit the command post of the 8th Guards Combined Arms Army of the russian federation, located in the city of Khartsyzk, the Donetsk oblast".
