Currently, 91% of Ukrainians are proud of their citizenship. This was reported by Mykhailo Mishchenko, Deputy Director of the Sociological Service of the Razumkov Center, during a briefing on January 22.
"According to the data we obtained in June 2024, 91% of respondents answered that they are very or somewhat proud of their Ukrainian citizenship. If we compare these figures with data from previous years, in 2015, this figure was lower at 68%, and even lower in 2010 and 2000, at 62%", - Mishchenko noted.
Pride in national symbols such as the flag, coat of arms, and anthem of Ukraine has also significantly increased.
Compared to data from 2011, the share of those who are proud of Ukraine's flag has risen from 26% to 64%, those proud of the coat of arms from 25% to 63.5%, and those proud of the anthem have increased from 23.5% to 61% over this period.
