Today, January 22, russian forces carried out several strikes on Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk oblast, resulting in one fatality and seven injuries. This was reported by the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office.
"A 59-year-old woman and a 74-year-old man sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds. The injured woman was taken to the hospital in serious condition", - the statement read.
"Shortly after, the russian army launched another attack. Within 15 minutes, the enemy carried out nine airstrikes on the city. Preliminary reports indicate that russian forces used FAB-250 bombs. As a result of the shelling, a 58-year-old man was killed. Five residents aged 52, 62, 64, 76, and 91 sustained injuries, including blast injuries, closed head trauma, concussions, and wounds to the torso and limbs".
Additionally, the city sustained damage to apartment buildings, private homes, garages, vehicles, power lines, and a gas pipeline.
