This was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on January 31 via social media.
"Today, the government approved a bill to ratify the Framework Agreement between Ukraine and the United Kingdom to support the development of our defense capabilities. Under this agreement, funds are also allocated for organizing repair bases for military equipment and other weaponry. These bases will be located in Ukraine as well. Thanks to this, we will be able to significantly strengthen our defense capabilities", - the prime minister stated.
"We are grateful to the government and people of the United Kingdom for supporting us on our path to victory", - Shmyhal emphasized.
Earlier, it was reported that Zelensky and Starmer signed an agreement on a 100-year partnership between Ukraine and the UK.
