According to him, these are residents of the village of Novoliubivka. Other Ukraine-controlled villages in the Krasnorichenske community of the Luhansk oblast have already been completely abandoned.
Khutorianskyi clarified that the issue of evacuating the last residents of Novoliubivka is currently being resolved.
