"Water supply has been completely cut off to Krasny Luch, Antratsyt, Petrovske, Almazna, Brianka, and surrounding settlements. Water supply to Stakhanov (Kadiivka – OstroV) has been reduced by 40%", - reported the occupation enterprise "Luhanskvoda" on social media on February 7.
According to the occupation authorities, the reason for the water supply shutdown is "voltage fluctuations and emergency power outages at water pumping stations".
Earlier reports indicated that in the Rovenky district of the Luhansk oblast, occupied since 2014, the wear and tear of water supply networks exceeded 80%, with around 50 pipeline breaks occurring in January.
Moreover, the "mayor" of Kadiivka admitted that in some parts of the city, there will be no running water for years under the current "authorities". The situation with road repairs is the same.
