"Kostiantynivka. Russian occupiers struck rescuers delivering water to people with an FPV drone. The enemy deliberately targeted the driver", - Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on the afternoon of February 17.
"Two rescuers were wounded and taken to the hospital. Their condition is currently assessed as moderate. The water tanker was damaged", - the statement said at 17:33.
At 18:32, the head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, added that, according to preliminary information, the enemy attacked Kostiantynivka twice with FPV drones.
"The first strike hit the water tanker, and the second targeted the evacuation team that arrived to help the two wounded rescuers. As a result of the second strike, three more people were injured: two police officers and the head of the local military administration", - Filashkin stated.
