According to preliminary information, in the morning, russians dropped four guided aerial bombs on Kostiantynivka. This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, on February 19.
"At least one person was killed and seven were injured as a result of today's strikes on Kostiantynivka. In addition to the confirmed casualties, one more person may be trapped under the rubble of one of the houses", - Filashkin stated.
Additionally, 34 private houses, an administrative building, three power lines, and three gas pipelines were damaged.
