"The city was hit by 4 airstrikes and shelled with barrel artillery. It is known that 2 men and 2 women were killed", - reported the head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, on Telegram at 15:07 on February 20.
According to him, the russian strikes damaged 7 private houses, 4 apartment buildings, a dormitory, an infrastructure facility, 2 enterprises, 3 power lines, a gas pipeline, 7 garages, and 3 cars.
"Recently, the russians have been hitting Kostiantynivka with increased intensity. Staying there, as well as anywhere else in the oblast, is dangerous! Evacuation saves lives!", - the oblast head emphasized.
