In the Donetsk oblast, 3,269 enemy strikes on the front line and residential areas were recorded over the past 24 hours. This was reported by the regional police on the morning of February 28.
Fifteen settlements were under fire: the cities of Bilozirske, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Sloviansk, Toretsk, the villages of Andriivka-Klevtsove (Iskra), Zelenyi Hai, Nova Poltavka, Oleksandro-Kalynove, Plishchiivka, Torske, and Fedorivka.
A total of 141 civilian objects were damaged, including 76 residential buildings.
In Kostiantynivka, the enemy launched 11 strikes with FAB-250 bombs, Smerch MLRS, and artillery. One civilian was killed, and five were injured. Damage was recorded to 18 apartment buildings, 10 private houses, two enterprises, two administrative buildings, a church, an educational institution, a store, a beauty salon, a bank building, an auto repair shop, a utility facility, 12 garages, 12 vehicles, six power lines, and four gas pipelines.
In Kramatorsk, russians dropped two FAB-250 bombs, injuring a civilian and damaging 16 private houses, a gas pipeline, and three cars.
Pokrovsk was shelled six times by russian forces: one person was killed, another injured, with two apartment buildings and four private houses damaged.
In Torske, one person was killed due to russian shelling.
Sloviansk was struck by three UMPB D-30SN bombs, damaging a clinic and a café. In Nova Poltavka, 12 houses were damaged, while in Oleksandro-Kalynove, four houses were affected.
In Myrnohrad, an FAB strike damaged an apartment building, and an enemy drone hit a civilian truck. In Bilozirske, an educational institution was damaged, and in Rodynske, a private house was affected.
Zelenyi Hai was hit by Smerch MLRS fire: seven private houses, an educational institution, two civilian cars, and a gas pipeline were damaged. In Andriivka-Klevtsove, drones struck a store and a farm. In Fedorivka, a private house was damaged.
The Donetsk Oblast Military Administration reports that 2,265 people, including nine children, were evacuated from the front line over the past 24 hours.
