This was stated by the head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration department, Dmytro Petlin, during an online briefing, Ukrinform reports.

"Evacuation efforts continue. As of March 11, approximately 1.214 million civilians have been evacuated from Ukrainian-controlled territories of the Donetsk oblast. About 286,000 civilians remain in the oblast under Ukrainian control", - Petlin noted.

The OMA reminded that the mandatory evacuation of civilians from the Ukrainian-controlled territory of the Donetsk oblast has been ongoing since August 2, 2022.
