The U.S. and russia have agreed to develop measures for an agreement to refrain from strikes on energy facilities in both russia and Ukraine. This is stated in a press release issued by the U.S. authorities following the negotiations between the American and russian delegations in Saudi Arabia, as reported by CNN journalist Daniel Baldwin on X on March 25.
The U.S. and Ukraine have also agreed to develop a mechanism to prohibit strikes on energy infrastructure, the Trump administration added.
U.S. authorities also reported assisting russia in restoring its access to the global market for the export of agricultural products and fertilizers.
Additionally, the U.S. has reached an agreement with russia and Ukraine to exclude the use of force against commercial vessels in the Black Sea.
