"Today we took a step toward a joint Economic Partnership Agreement with the USA. Ukraine and the United States of America signed a memorandum that reflects the constructive joint work of our teams and the intention to finalize and conclude an agreement that will benefit both our peoples.
We are preparing to create the Investment Fund for Ukraine’s Recovery. The corresponding agreement will open opportunities for significant investments, infrastructure modernization, and a mutually beneficial partnership between Ukraine and the United States – this is exactly what our teams are working on", - Svyrydenko stated.
According to her, with this document, the parties confirmed "the desire of the American people to invest together with the Ukrainian people in a free, sovereign, and secure Ukraine."
"Up next is finalizing the agreement text, its signing, and ratification by the parliaments", - the Deputy Prime Minister noted.
