"This was the russian plan — in areas where the intensity decreased, they tried to pull up reserves and equipment for future assault actions. Just like during the ATO and the Minsk process, russia follows the same tactic, using any pauses it announces itself for further aggressive actions", - said Kovalenko.
He also emphasized that russian diplomats are trying to deceive the West by accusing Kyiv of ceasefire violations.
"Since 2014, traditionally the russian system and putin’s regime have not changed their diplomatic approach. During the Minsk process, they tried to deceive the Europeans, and now — the American side", - the head of the CCD stressed.
