Russian dictator putin said he would analyze Ukraine’s proposal to stop strikes on civilian targets. This was reported by the Telegram channel “The Moscow Times”.
Putin did not rule out that direct negotiations with Kyiv might be needed for this. “This needs to be figured out, all of this is subject to thorough examination, perhaps even bilaterally”, - the dictator stated.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov clarified that when the president spoke about discussing the non-striking of civilian targets in a bilateral format, he specifically meant negotiations with Ukraine, the report says.
