This was reported to russian journalists by the press secretary of the russian dictator, Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, "there are no concrete plans".
"There is confirmation from president Putin of his readiness to discuss this issue in light of the Easter truce. But there are no specifics on this matter", - Peskov stated.
When a journalist followed up, pointing out that a similar proposal had already come from the Ukrainian side, the kremlin spokesman once again repeated that the idea of refraining from mutual strikes on civilian infrastructure "needs to be discussed".
