“Today, April 23, around 10 a.m., the enemy struck the city once again. Oleksandrova and Khortytska Streets were hit with FAB bombs. Two people were injured. One of them is in extremely serious condition”, - reported head of the Sloviansk City Military Administration Vadym Liakh on Telegram.
According to him, private homes sustained damage and destruction.
Local police clarified that the russians dropped two FAB-250 bombs on the city.
“Both hit private yards. A married couple, aged 70 and 72, were hospitalized with injuries. The man is in critical condition. The victims were taken to the hospital. At least 17 private houses were damaged”, - the police stated.
A bit later, Vadym Liakh reported that, unfortunately, the life of the 72-year-old man who had been hospitalized could not be saved.
“Doctors fought for his life, but their efforts were in vain”, - Liakh wrote.
