Leader of the "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko told about the "procedure" that can be applied to the owners of businesses that are located in occupied Donetsk and do not work, - reports Depo.Donbassreferring to the separatist media.
He divided non-performing enterprises into three categories.
"Companies that stopped operating as owners didn’t support "the republic" categorically and left ... There are companies that do not work because of the impossibility of the realization of the products which are produced ... There are those that are partially or totally destroyed," - he said.
Zakharchenko said that list of the first category of enterprises was filed to the so-called "Ministry of Economic Development".
"We need to understand in each caseEach company will understand where the owner is and why it does not work. Every owner will get a letter that if they not launch the company within 3 months, we have the right to introduce external management," - he said.
"Ministry of Economy is searching for products distribution market" in the second category of enterprises.
"Those companies that are partly or completely destroyed - will get the offer that the state will help to rebuild businesses and factories, but some part of property rights may pass to the state," - summed up Zakharchenko.
