The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law to extend the moratorium on the sale or otherwise alienation of agricultural land, - reports the correspondent of OstroV.
Thus, 297 MPs supported the draft law "On Amendments to Section 10 "Transitional Provisions" of the Land Code of Ukraine on the extension of the ban on the alienation of agricultural land."
The adopted law envisages amendments to paragraphs 14 and 15 of Section X "Transitional Provisions" of the Land Code of Ukraine and the extension of the moratorium on the sale o or otherwise alienation of agricultural land till establishment of the procedure of agricultural land transactions at the legislative level, but not earlier than January 1st, 2018.
The authors of the draft law were made Oleg Lyashko (Radical Party), Oleg Berezyuk (Samopomich), Maksim Burbak (Narodnyi Front), Igor Gryniv (PPB) and Yaroslav Moskalenko (Volya Naroda).
The draft law is a compromise for a few fractions and was introduced today to the parliament. Profile Committee urgently considered and supported it.
