A fringe crowd announced the creation of the "Donetsk People's Republic" three years ago, on April 7, 2014, having seized the building of the Donetsk Regional Council once again. This decision was voted by random people who took part in the storm of the Donetsk White House and hastily called the "special session" of the self-proclaimed "People's Council" of the Donetsk oblast.
