"The DNR Ministry of Coal and Energy": "The situation with cessation of Kyiv's supply of electricity will not affect the consumers of the DNR. The Republic is independent of Ukraine, as the electric energy, generated by two thermal power plants which operate on coal fuel, extracted from our land, is delivered to consumers by high-voltage electrical networks, located in the territory of the Republic".
