The US President Donald Trump states a very dangerous low of relations with Russia. He wrote about this on his Twitter.
"Our relationship with Russia is at an all-time & very dangerous low", - president stated.
"You can thank Congress (for this - OstroV), the same people that can't even give us HCare", - the message of the US President said.
