"Yesterday the SMM observers and contractor workers got under fire from small arms at the Donetsk filtering station, located between the government-controlled Avdiivka and the controlled by the so-called “DNR” Yasynovata", - he said.
He specified that the contractor's employees were trying to install a camera at the filter station, which would allow 24-hour monitoring of the area.
"Of course, some individuals do not want this, and they are ready to shoot unarmed civilian observers and representatives of the contractor organization". - Hug said.
