The meeting of Russian presidential advisor Vladislav Surkov and Assistant Secretary of State of the USA Victoria Nuland started near Kaliningrad in Russia. It is reported by Novaya Gazeta referring to Interfax.

"As we know, the meeting has already begun and is held behind closed doors in Pionerske", - said the Foreign Minister.

As previously reported, Surkov and Nuland will discuss the implementation of measures for the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements on the resolution of the situation in Donbass. None of the 13 provisions of the agreements was fullfiled during the year, the sources noted.
