People with passports of the "DPR" and "LPR", issued on the occupied territory of Donetsk and Luhansk region, trying to cross the boundary line will be detained at checkpoints for identity verification. The head of the department of border control of Kramatorsk border department Alexander Tomchishen said this at the press conference in Kramatorsk.
"These people will be detained and identity verification will be applied in regard to them," - he said, responding to a question.
Earlier the leader of the "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko announced about intention to issue "republic" passports to people living on the occupied territory of Donetsk region. He expressed the hope that these "passports" would be recognized by Russia.
