"Russian-led forces violated the ceasefire regime 36 times, including the use of artillery systems and mortars 12 times. The units of the Joint Forces maintained an active defense and gave an adequate response across the line of contact", - the report said.
Hostilities were most active near the settlements of Luhanske, Zaitseve, Novoluhanske, Novoselivka, Novotroitske, Bohdanivka, Hranitne and Chermalyk.
Yesterday morning, they shelled the town of Toretsk, using 152mm artillery systems and 120mm mortars. 35 shells and mines were fired on the city.
"At 04:45, the enemy started firing 152mm artillery systems at the settlement of Stara Mykolayivka from residential quarters of the town of Horlivka", - the report said.
According to intelligence data, the enemy suffered losses: 4 militants were killed and 5 were wounded.
