65 656 cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of July 27. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
"807 people fell ill over the past day, of which 65 children and 43 health workers", - he stated.
According to him, 11 deaths from COVID-19 were recorded over the past day.
315 patients recovered.
"In total, 65 656 people fell ill during the pandemic, including 4 661 children and 8 380 health workers. 36 122 people recovered and 1616 died", - Maksym Stepanov said.
10 779 tests on COVID-19 were carried over the past day, of which 7 064 - by PCR and 3 715 - by EIA.
According to him, the largest number of cases over the past day was recorded in the Lviv (120), Ivano-Frankivsk (96) and Rivne (78) oblasts, as well as in Kyiv (70).
