Infamous aide to President Viktor Yushchenko Andrey Kislinsky may be acting director of the Department of Internal Policy of the Donetsk Regional Military and Civil Administration. Several sources in Kramatorsk confirmed it for OstroV.
According to the OstroV’s interlocutors, Kislinsky even came to the Department and tried to run it. Although, there is no order on the appointment.
One source suggested that Kislinsky may not be appointed on the post of the director of the department but the first deputy - acting director in order to mitigate the social resonance and bypass lustration norms.
