The party functionary of United Russia, deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Andrey Kozenko has stated the possibility of equalizing the registration of a place of residence in CADLO with a residence permit in the Russian regions. He made this promise during a "forum" under the name "Russia-Donbass: Unity of Priorities" taking place in Donetsk, which is not under the control of the legal authorities.
The politician noted that the need to register on the territory of the Russian Federation residents of the occupied Donbas who illegally received Russian passports is an important problem. The fact is that the passports issued to the residents of CADLO in large quantities do not have a stamp on registration in the Federation, which does not allow them to be recognized as full-fledged Russians in many respects.
"As a solution to this problem, I propose to introduce a special form of registration, which should be equivalent to registration at the place of residence within the Russian Federation", - Kozenko suggested equating the occupied, but still Ukrainian territory, with the regions of Russia.
As previously reported, the ruling United Russia party in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast held a large-scale "forum" called "Russia-Donbass: Unity of Priorities" on July 16. In fact, it is a pre-election event for United Russia, which wants to win the votes of the residents of CADLO, who illegally obtained Russian citizenship by the decree of Vladimir Putin, in the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The Russian Federation is considering the option of organizing the voting of residents of the occupied Donbas remotely, through the State Services portal. To this end, a massive campaign is being carried out for the "new Russians" in the uncontrolled territories to issue insurance numbers for an individual personal account (SNILS), which open access to the portal.
