Water in a fountain opposite the former railway administration on Pushkin Boulevard in occupied Donetsk is covered with duckweed. Donetsk residents write that this is not surprising, because "the whole city is covered with hogweed and garbage", and the "DNR people only decide and plan how to deal with it".
