Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk proposes to ban the purchase of petroleum products in Russia. He said this today at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, - reports the correspondent of OstroV.
"And the second instruction which I give the Ministry of Economy and Trade Representative of Ukraine, we have introduced a number of sanctions against Russia. However, one of the key elements is the purchase of petroleum products from the Russian Federation for some reason was not included in the sanctions list. I ask the Ministry of Economy to work out the mechanism to ban purchase of petroleum products from the aggressor country that is the Russian Federation," - he said.
He said that on Friday at the extraordinary session of the government, this issue may be submitted and adopted.
