The task of developing an action plan for the implementation of the Minsk agreements is on the agenda of the TCG political subgroup. This was stated by acting First Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Delegation to the TCG Andriy Kostin in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
"We have the so-called "urgent order" of the TCG to develop an action plan for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. Why the "so-called" urgent - because this order is more than a year old", - Kostin told.
According to him, back in 2016, the idea arose at the level of the Normandy format to develop a roadmap for the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
"It is clear that the fulfillment of certain obligations in any negotiation process begins with mutual conditions: but let you do this first, and then this, and then we will do this, and so on. And the idea of the 2016 roadmap itself assumed a certain sequence of step-by-step implementation of certain elements of the Minsk agreements", - he noted.
