The number of people leaving the territories of Donbass beyond the control of the government will increase in the next couple of years due to the inevitable deterioration of the social and economic situation there. Such an opinion was expressed by expert on international law Andrey Bozarov during the V Piku programme – a joint project of UKRLIFE.TV and Public Radio of Donbass.

"In the next couple of years the number of people leaving the territories of the "LPR-DPR ", so-called, will increase. Some of them will go to Russia and some - to Ukraine. It is a new problem that state bodies will face and which they need to solve. That is, there should be some kind of adaptation system for these people, communication and so on, "- said A. Bozarov.

At the request of the programme host Sergey Garmash to explain the prediction, Bozarov said: - "As the economic situation in the "DPR" and "LPR" will inevitably deteriorate. It's unavoidable. It depends on the Russian economy. And Russia's economy tends to decline. Experts themselves, ministers of the Russian Federation say that. Consequently, all who depend economically on the Russian Federation will face a difficult economic situation. Therefore, the tendency will be deterioration of the social and economic situation in the "DPR-LPR".
