Russian media report that the press secretary of the russian president, Dmitry Peskov, declined to comment on the announcement by the head of the Wagner private military company, Yevgeny Prigozhin, about the withdrawal of his units from Bakhmut on May 10 due to a shortage of ammunition.

"Of course, we saw it (the statement) in the media, but I cannot comment on it because it concerns the course of a special military operation", - Peskov said.

He also stated that the attack by Ukrainian drones on the kremlin could be one of the topics discussed during putin's meeting with permanent members of the Security Council.

As previously reported, the head of the Wagner private military company, Yevgeny Prigozhin, announced that he is withdrawing his units from Bakhmut on May 10.
