The Kremlin claims that fulfillment of the Minsk agreements is not its business 05/19/2016 16:22:15. Total views 1335. Views today — 0.

Russia can not fulfill the Minsk agreements and linking their fulfillment with sanctions is absurd. Press secretary of the Russian President Dmitriy Peskov told journalists about that, - reports UNIAN.

"Russia can not fulfill the Minsk agreements. On the contrary, the Minsk agreements include obligations of the parties to the conflict, firstly, Kiev and we continue to state the absolute unrediness and unwillingness to follow the obligations under which the head of Ukraine signed," - said Peskov.

"We're not going to raise this issue (sanctions). We have a deep misunderstanding regarding an attempt to link sanctions against Russia with fulfillment of the Minsk agreements. The statement, that sanctions may be lifted after the Minsk agreements are fulfilled sounds illogical and absurd," - he added.

Peskov also said that Russia was not a party to the conflict.

The Set of Measures to fulfill the Minsk agreements is signed by former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov, the representative of the OSCE and the militants.

As previously reported, the terrorists are able to carry out military actions only due to the support of Russia: arms, ammunition, command structure and manpower - all this regularly comes from Russia. The official Kremlin denies traditionally the obvious facts of logistical support for militants.
