Russian investors are not rushing to invest in the "DNR" mines. This fact was acknowledged by russian official Andrei Chertkov, who was appointed as the "First Deputy Chairman of the Government" in the occupied Donbas.
"Investors in the coal industry… at the moment, it is up to the investor companies themselves. We are waiting for action from them", - he wrote on his Telegram channel.
"The sooner they act, prepare the necessary documents and investment applications, the faster their proposals will be considered, adjusted, and accepted by the working group, which will allow them to enter the mines and start working", - Chertkov did not name a single potential investor in the occupied Donbas coal industry.
