A series of explosions occurred in the center of Kherson on November 15. This was reported by the head of the City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, on Telegram.
"Kherson is under fire! The russian army is attacking from the temporarily occupied left bank", - the message said.
At the same time, the Oblast Military Administration also noted that several explosions were heard in the central part of the city.
